1. PRACTICAL RENOVATION TIPS
Let’s be real – renovating any home is no easy task. There are plenty of challenges along the way, and it’s important to know the basics before getting started.
That’s why we made it our mission to ensure DNA of Design is filled to the brim with practical tips. No frills. Just some really great tips and tricks that go a long way to helping everyone who takes on a reno or interior design venture.
You can take our tips and use them at home during your own projects, which helps clear the air and make things that little bit easier. Sure, you’re always going to face some issues – that’s part of the adventure! But with our practical tips, you can get through it all just that little bit smoother.
2. DESIGN INSPO
What are we all here for at the end of the day? The gorgeous homes, of course! That’s where our true passions have always been, and it’s what we thrive doing – creating stunning renovations that stay on-trend, but also bring fresh, exciting ideas to the table. For us, that’s what it’s all about – feeling comfortable to step outside of the box and try something new when it comes to renovation and design.
That’s where you all come in – we’ve created DNA of Design to not only push ourselves and pursue our dreams, but also to bring you endless design inspiration you can use over and over again.
We love igniting the creative soul in everyone (yes, even if you don’t think it, you have one too!), so that they can feel inspired to take on the challenge to try something new at home. You’ll discover all kinds of exciting ideas that you can translate into your own projects, giving you more creative freedom and opening up the possibilities.
No matter if it’s renovating the entire home and garden, or simply feeling inspired to buy that quirky vase you’ve had your eye on, DNA of Design is your happy place to feel comfortable to be inspired and ignite that spark.
3. PLENTY OF FUN AND LAUGHS
“Always laugh when you can. It is cheap medicine.” – Lord Byron
Oh, how right you are there, buddy. Laughter really is the best medicine, especially when you’re facing such a huge undertaking like renovating a home. It really is no secret that renovations are a big deal, and there are plenty of things that can go wrong.
But if you change your mindset and instead embrace those challenges, that’s when the magic really happens, and that’s why we believe in having fun and bringing joy into our work wherever we can!
4. DISCOVER THE BEST BRANDS
As certified reno-addicts for a while now, we know a thing or two about where to get the best products for any project. Luckily, we’ve found our favourites, and we couldn’t be more excited to get to share them with you.
We are incredibly grateful to be able to work with our sponsors, who help to make our reno dreams come true. No matter what we have envisioned during the planning stages, these brands never fail to bring our visions to life with their incredible products.
